Susan Davies focuses her practice on corporate, commercial, and business law, estate planning, wills, and estate administration. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1985, Susan received her B.A. from the University of Guelph in 1980, and her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1983.

For many years, Susan practiced both as a civil and tax litigator and as a solicitor handling real estate and commercial transactions, wills and estates, and corporate matters. While she eventually turned her focus exclusively to solicitor’s work, her years as a litigation lawyer have given her a broad perspective on the preparation of estate and transactional documents.

Susan served as pro bono Duty Counsel to the Lay Benchers, Complaints Review Board at the Law Society of Upper Canada from 1994-2004, and as pro bono Discipline Duty Counsel at the Law Society of Upper Canada (in Convocation), in 1996.
